The HR & Benefits Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs including, the leave of absence program, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, group and optional life insurance, short term disability, long term disability, FMLA, COBRA, Well-being, and worker's compensation programs.
This Executive Assistant will partner with other and teams throughout this company to successfully meet tight deadlines. In addition to flawlessly planning and executing, the successful individual will independently solve problems and take on projects to improve the organization.
This candidate will help with the implementation of HR policies, programs and services, and at times will assist with HR issues if they arise. The role will work closely with established external vendors, community providers, and internal partners including Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, Safety, HR, and managers, while still maintaining employee’s confidential information.
