Rylem is looking for an Technical Recruiter or Technical Sourcer who will be able to source & network with passive candidates, research, create fantastic job postings and work closely with the business development managers. You can create and facilitate robust sourcing strategies that will attract the best and the brightest. You will be able to demonstrate excellent research and hunting skills via internet, phone or other channels. You will have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, organization, and assessment. You possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize your time, demonstrate pushback and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.
1. Knowledge in Technology and Tech Recruiting.
2. Experience with networking, social media, and using resources to make connections with people, as well as being very comfortable with cold calling.
3. Very organized, able to multitask, comfortable in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
4. Experience with customer service and/or sales.
