Rylem is looking for a Sourcing Recruiter who will be able to recruit top talent in the Seattle market in a fast-paced staffing environment.
A sourcing recruiter at Rylem will be responsible for the entire hiring process, start to finish, and collaborate with our BDMs along the way. It's a group effort!On a day to day basis you'll source your own candidates, engage & network with them, create postings, research and work closely with the BDMs & other recruiters on the team. You'll create robust sourcing strategies that will attract the best and the brightest. You will be able to demonstrate excellent research and hunting skills via internet, phone or other channels. You will have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, organization, and assessment. You possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize your time, demonstrate pushback and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.
With Rylem, you'll go through 2 weeks of training designed to your level of experience in staffing. You may start from scratch with sourcing and candidate engagement, or just need to pick up on our internal CRM and processes. We'll design the training for each future employee and make sure to set you up for success.
