Rylem is currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our expanding team in support of our industry’s ever-changing inventiveness around talent acquisition and staffing requirements. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the full life-cycle sales process of short and long-term initiatives and staffing requirements by identifying and securing new business opportunities and managing existing relationships.
Responsibilities Include:
• Increase market share at one of our existing fortune 500 clients by increasing headcount, revenue, and gross margin
• Responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships through prospecting, cold calling, and hitting target activity metrics
• Responsible for building a consistent sales pipeline and delivering end-to-end solutions based on client needs
• Maintain a high level of meetings with hiring managers and decision-makers to secure new business opportunities
• Effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of requisitions from intake to close
• Work closely with the technical recruiting team to establish a clear understanding of requirements, and to ensure success in identifying top-tier talent
• Assume Account Management responsibilities to support clients and consultants
Skills and Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in sales/account management/business development (Open to considering candidates with experience in a variety of industries: hospitality, restaurant, retail, insurance, etc..)
• Recruiting experience is NOT required
• Ability to understand complex client needs and leverage knowledge around requirements to deliver high-quality solutions
• Exceptional interpersonal relationship and verbal skills
• Strong organizational skills: able to follow processes, prioritize responsibilities, and document metrics
• Excellent project-management and time-management skills
• Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
