• 5 plus years of project management experience
• Expert in all Microsoft office products
• Expert in Excel
• Contact center experience will translate the strongest
• Avaya Aura the platform currently being used and desired
• Will complete concurrent projects for this team, and may be given additional work based off performance
• Will be supporting 1 team primarily but strong interfacing with additional teams within
• organization
• Fully remote role- preference for PDT
